We have an opportunity for a Digital Production Designer to join our team on a recurring contract to oversee the creation of assets and deliver them to market, ensuring that they meet client specifications and deadlines. Responsibilities include ingesting and organizing new assets, photo curation and editing (colour correction, resizing, creating clipping paths for production, etc) and executing delivery schedules for photo and video campaign elements. Who we’re looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in production artwork on a design team
  • Skier/snowboarder at heart, who can identify iconic and on-brand imagery
  • Experience with multiple creative formats and channels – traditional, digital, social, video
  • Ability to build and prepare design files for final print or digital output.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator with basic knowledge of Sketch
  • Experience with DAM systems
  • Technical aptitude to integrating images and type together to create marketing assets
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborator and self-motivator who works well individually and also as part of a team
  • Work effectively with deadlines while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
  • Experience working in scalable production and versioning with complex Go-To-Market processes, media tools and deliverables is a plus

Day to Day

  • Clearly communicate with Account Managers and clients about the current status of all jobs in progress, and any issues affecting job quality or efficiency
  • Execute digital production of creative campaigns across multiple brands
  • Systematic ingestion and organizing of new assets from clients, maintaining naming conventions
  • Image curation, resizing and retouching based on the project brief
  • Maintain quality control on all client projects, through diligent proofing for all projects, as requested
  • Uploading and submission of final assets
